STRETCHING: EDGE OF BED
This video is perfect for individuals who have been in bed for awhile, but feel ready to get up and move on with their day. Gentle stretches promote success with functional activities, such as upper and lower body dressing, while also providing a nice stretch to the pectoral & neck muscles and axilla region.
